CHOICE, RANGE : this family of silent felt-based push-in plastic furniture inserts for furniture feet (reference PIF) are available in 14 and 18 mm diameters, to be inserted in respectively 6 and 8 mm holes.
USAGE : drill a 6 mm hole in the foot in which you would like to insert the stem of the insert. The stem measures 6.1 mm in diameter, this should ensure an efficient and long lasting fit.
MORE IN DETAIL : the felt-base is a material that is made from non-woven synthetic fiber, soaked in a synthetic resin solution. This treatment makes the base more compact and significantly increases its durability.
A high quality hot-melt adhesive is used to place the felt on the insert.
The felt-base is 5 mm thick and 12 mm in diameter.
